The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.

51³Ô¹ÏÍø is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. 51³Ô¹ÏÍø cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. 51³Ô¹ÏÍø shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under CU 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s self-insurance policy.
