Lori Peek, professor and director of the Natural Hazards Center, was invited by Chairman Bennie Thompson to testify泭before the Committee on Homeland Security for the U.S. House of Representatives in a hearing on Ensuring Equity in Disaster Preparedness, Response, and Recovery. The hearing will be held at 8 a.m., MDT, Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2021.
