I am excited and grateful for Jennifers willingness to take on this role during this time of transition, and for the support shell be able to provide Ofelia and the rest of the enrollment management team, ORourke said. I am also grateful for Ofelias work leading the enrollment management teams during a period of transition. The work of enrollment management shapes so many aspects of the campus, and Ofelias leadership has been crucial.
The next several months will be critical for our university as we embark on the creation of a strategic enrollment strategy, as well as search for a senior leader in enrollment management. I know Jennifers expertise and leadership will complement the ongoing good work of our enrollment management team as we launch that initiative and continue to support student success.
