Preamble- Mission Statement

Despite the lack of clear diversity on the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s campus, our collective social and cultural goal is to create a safe space for allÌýindividuals on campus and tackle the daily racism present at CU-51³Ô¹ÏÍø. We have developed distinct values, beliefs and behaviors, which have greatly benefited the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø community. This collective consciousness enables our community and helps define our own identity as underrepresented students at the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. We, Black Student Alliance of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, do hereby establish our organization, and draft this constitution in accordance with the policies of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø so that our purpose will be defined and realized to its fullest extent.
