The College of Music welcomes applications from students wishing to transfer to the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÌýfrom a a different college or university. Transfer applicants must pass an audition and have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.Ìý

Application instructions

Application deadlines for the College of Music are different than the deadlines for other programs. Transfer students must adhere to the College of Music’s posted deadlines to participate in our audition process. Application instructions for transfer students are as follows:Ìý

  1. Review the College of Music application deadlines and audition requirements for your program of study.ÌýÌý
  2. Submit the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Transfer Application.ÌýÌý
  3. Submit the College of Music Application Form and supplemental materials on your .ÌýÌý
  4. Schedule your audition and/or interview.ÌýÌý

Transfer credit policy

Once you’re accepted to 51³Ô¹ÏÍø and the College of Music, the Office of Admissions will evaluate your transfer credit.ÌýThen, the College of Music office will determine how that credit applies toward your degree.
